Please make sure to log in to Final Forms and make sure that "winter cheer" is selected. Your physical should already be in the system from last season.
Returning Athletes
If you are new to cheer this year (did not participate in 2025 sideline cheer), please access Final Forms and upload your new physical in order to be eligible to try out. If you did another fall sport, please log in and make sure to select "winter cheer" as your sport so we can confirm your physical is on file.
